I bought some Shure 315 monitors for playing live music and they turned into my default music earbuds. The foam tips that came with the 315s eventually broke and I ordered these to replace them. Whilst they're not as comfortable as the foam tips, they fit the earbuds perfectly (without any looseness) and sound quality wasn't affected. The size is pretty much the same as the original tips. Overall they're fine as a replacement, but not as good as the original tips.

I've had my Shure 425s for about 5 years. This was the first time replacing the medium sized, silicon sleeves. It does make a big difference in sound quality and fit. I wouldn't have thought, but I suppose the old ones had become to worn. Compared to the old ones/ original set, I noticed the fit is better, seal better to filter out ambient and background noise better. Looks like I'll have replacement sleeves for at least 25 years, ha!

Bought them for my shure 315 and playing acoustic drum, but it's not insulated at all. I should have bought the foams.
