Medium weight shiny metal.
These fit perfectly inside the middle of my Western/American Outlaw studded gold and silver 4 bolt wheels.Not thick chrome thus they can scratch easier than expected but am please with their appearance. Made my wheels look like they should by hiding the ugly middle of the rear drum and also covering the front end bearing spindles.

they are not stainless steel as stated- they are steel with chrome plate and already rust spots on inside. pretty sad. cuase i bought to get faster. so amazon. you better wake up. it was faster ship and stuff like that. that's why i paid a little more for them. never again
