Perfect size. Perfect for intermittent use on a rural home setting when water needs to be pumped out of water junctures, bottom of hot tubs, etc. I would purchase again if need be but this one has held up very well. Very easy to use. Functions well.

The gasket or seal in the pump is not good enough to pump efficiently. Not a strong pump.

We had an outside faucet that developed a persistent leak. We couldn't get it sorted so had to hire a plumber. Ha! Couldn't get here for a week. The faucet comes out of the base of the upstairs of the house....it also drips right onto the carport concrete pad which butts up to the foundation of the house which was seeping dowd into the foundation wall. In the meantime, I got a fast delivery on this pump. Set up a series of huge outdoor non-draining flowerpots so could siphon water away from the foundation. It was a bit rube goldberg, but we kept things dry. Plumber got here. Was able to get all the old fittings replaced and fitted inI love that pump. It works like a dream. Plumber was expensive, but cheaper than dealing with leaks on the foundation walls.

Last a long time and is very durable for everyday use.
