**Q: Can this be cold brewed 10 minutes?**
A: I would say no. The leaves are tightly wound. The hot water unravels them. I steep in hot for 20 mins. I don't think you would get much flavor in cold. I have however brewed it hot and then iced it. It's good that wayou too.

**Q: how much caffine is in a cup?  I used about 15 leaves per mug.**
A: Not a real standard to tell but the rule of thumb is 35 to 40 mg/8 oz cup, I measure by teaspoon 1-2could be more or less

**Q: The tin Amazon sent looked completely different (worse) than photo and what I’ve purchased from this company before. Is this product authentic?**
A: Yes I've wondered also be ause after reading these reviews I saw some people received tea that looks goof and green while there were also a few who got brown pieces with lots of stems. Then there was also another person who didn't receive a tin who said they buy often and every other time they received the tin but this time they received a cardboard container. So something is off imo. Or some people just have the bad luck?

Great tea, beautiful packaging, amazing price! I am so happy I chose this brand for green tea with toasted rice. It’s really good quality and makes delicious tea. A little goes a long way so having 3.5 oz on hand is plenty for a long time. I am so impressed with this company, will purchase other flavors for sure. They will make lovely gifts as well! I have friends who love green tea but, surpringly, never tried it with toasted rice. This will be a treat for them and a great intro to such a comforting tea. The tin is well designed, lovely, and reusable. Will make a great spice jars or other small things.
