Do 20 packets containing 10 blades each come all packaged in the one long cardboard box like the photo of the product? does it match the photo?

The ones we (ReVent Innovative) are selling are Yellow Labels packaged in 20 pack of 10 Blades; total of 200 blades, as per pictured.

Are these guaranteed Japanese made? And, not a cheap knock off?

Yes, these are Japanese made. I can see no difference between these and the package I purchased from my barber. I order these about once per year, since I change the blade daily.

Are these The razors with the yellow logo or the black logo?

The last time I got them, they had the yellow cardboard insert.

Are these still packaged with that sticky, gloppy adhesive between the individual wrapper around each blade?

Yes, It still comes with a bit of sticky adhesive glue, but much less and less messy than many other blades. This is to keep the blade centered within the wrapper, thus protecting its sharp edge and keeping it sharp.
