These are fantastic! They solve a problem that is one of my biggest annoyances with my prescription eyeglasses. Everyone loves Oakley glasses because they are lightweight and the unique straight temple design that keeps them in place during strenuous activities. All of this is thrown out the window when you get prescription lenses. The weight of the lenses causes them to slide and fall off your face, especially if you're doing yard work and sweating, or if your face gets greasy at the end of the day. If you up in an attic wearing a mask and gloves and sweating trying to get your work done, the most annoying thing in the world is to have your glasses constantly falling off your face. What are you supposed to do?I bought these because I had nothing to lose and was pleasantly surprised. The build quality is top drawer, and you get two pairs, so it's a fantastic value. I first tested these when I was doing weekend yard work over a hot summer weekend and they were absolutely amazing. My glasses stayed in place no matter what I was doing. My face was dripping with sweat and I was bending over picking up stuff and my glasses never moved. It was as if the clouds parted and I could see heaven.The adjustment mechanism is very clever and works great. Very easy to loosen/tighten. I highly recommend this product. I can imagine if you were a weekend boater with expensive prescription sunglasses, these would be great to ensure you didn't lose them and you can loosen them up and let your glasses hang around your neck, so you don't lose them. There are many similar products on Amazon with various price points and it is difficult to compare. There must be a good profit margin on all of them. I ordered these "SIGONNA Glasses Strap String Holder - No Tail Eyeglasses Strap Holders - Eye Glasses Chain - Wired Eyeglass Chains for Women - 14" Glasses Lanyard Men Cord - 2 Pcs" for 12.98. I did not "star" durability as I have not had them long enough to know how they will hold up but they do seem to be as well made as one could expect from a product such as this. They are very comfortable as I forget I have them on my sunglasses. The "grip to glasses" is VERY tight so I have confidence that my glasses are secure. Very "fish & surf" appropriate styling. I like that they are adjustable but don't expect to "one hand" adjust while driving or at a red light. I will use these for one pair of sunglasses and had hoped to use the other pair to hang on my review mirror for always being available to drive and safe keeping from scratching my glasses when not in use.......but I have discovered that unless you have them snugged up to the back of your head they touch the back of your car headrest and are very bothersome for driving. With that being said I have not made the "snug up" adjustment. Guess I'll use sunglasses without the holder to drive. This issue has NOTHING to do with the product, it is just my disappointing observation that I had not considered regarding driving. These are not heavy and I've loved using on my non-driving pair of sunglasses especially since I'm in and out all the time. I can't wait to use them fishing or at the beach. I use to use the cloth type snug glass holders for fishing. I kept them in my "boat bag" but soon found out that type mildews and turns ugly very quickly. I think these will stay new looking with minimum to no effort.

It’s hard to install on the glasses arms but I figure if it’s hard to put it might be hard to fall off.

These are the best built most functional ease of use holders I have ever purchased, and have tried many other brands that just don’t work well and have that ponytail look. These are not cheap cotton cords. They are constructed with a strong plastic wire with 2 adjustable retaining tabs. The rubber ends accommodate small eyeglass ends like those on silhouette brand. I would highly recommend to anyone who has ever had glasses slide off when working, hoy or sweaty from activity or falling off when looking down or slide out of viewing area when you look underneath something. These were brilliantly engineered. They absolutely work as advertised. Eric Student

Short enough to stay on, but long enough to take off head. Lightweight especially in Florida sun.

It's durable, built well, but since it's mostly plastic, it will take some time getting use to the comfort. Since it isn't made of soft material, the back plastic string will not drape on your neck, instead it will somewhat protrude outward. (See my pic, sorry for the bedhead ☺️). Other 2 pics are how it looks with the plastic strings drawn in and out. See how hard the plastic looks? If you lay down with it on a pillow, it takes getting use too. Some might decide to return this due to the comfortability issue. For me, I could live with it. I got the under 27 inches size. My noggin is size 23. All in all I was happy. I got 2 pcs. Customer service was very helpful and very attentive & there is a special bonus if you reach out to them by email.
