Both pens provided in the package were not recognized by the tablet which made it unusable. After heavy research and time spent on uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, trying on a different windows computer, the pens were still not working.Huion has still a lot of progress to make to improve their product quality, especially on the driver side. It could have been a good product for the price but it looks like more a lottery game where you never know if the product will work or not at arrival. Too bad, I had good hope for this brand- Item returned not usable as a drawing tablet.Huion if you want to be a major player in graphic tablets, you have to put more effort into quality control and driver development.
