Does the job when used properly. It doesn’t take much. Using too much will cause white residue. I use it daily in my mom’s diabetic heel. It’s has done wonders to remove the think layer if dead skin.

This product was already great at keeping callouses soft so they don't hurt, and now they've upgraded the jar to include an inner lid to help keep the product from drying out. In addition the inner lid keeps the lotion from moving and getting on the lid when traveling. Plus the inner lid has a tab which makes is sooo very easy to remove and replace the inner lid. FANTASTIC UPGRADE, Thank you.

I’m amazed at the difference a few weeks of use has made on skin quality, scarring and tearing. Highly recommend but it’s sticky and smells awful. Still worth it.

I've tried several urea creams from Amazon. This one seems to be the only true cream with @least 40% urea in it. Also a big plus it's made in the USA.
