My friend actually IS learning to play polo. I’ll admit, I bought it for her purely because of the title, but she is really enjoying it and says some of the exercises are really useful. Plus, she is the envy of the entire polo club because she has SUCH A COOL BOOK!

This book was so much fun to read that I swept through it in 2 days. Definitely a good read for beginners like me.

Great pictures, good explanations and in between always funny comments. I did not think so, but the book is really good and descriptive. Many photos and nice caricatures, make the text well digestible. The graphic artist has done a good job. The polo beginner gets a really readable textbook with simple descriptions and many pictures. Easy to understand with lots of humor.If you want to learn more about the sport and you like it not to theoretic, than this is your book about polo.
