will this work with windows 10

Yes, the one I got certainly did. It also worked fine on Linux.However, I did not try the CD at all. I just plugged it in and let Windows 10 install drivers and I used OBS Studio (open source freeware) to capture the video.

This isn't working for me. the cd doesn't load and no derivers install. help please.

Can i burn directly from vcr to dvd or does it need to be put on a computer file first and then burned to dvd?

You can use this product to capture the video and save it as a digital files on your computer, then you can burn it to your DVD.

It will. I digitized from a VCR so it should do the same. Included app is a little wonky but works.
