The product is good but the description is inaccurate as it is described as 2 nos. Of tapes but i received only 1 tape. The cost is quite high compared to similar brand and model from other sellers.But i spoke to the seller Mr. Jay and he as very cooperative. He gave me option to wait for the tape they will deliver or refund the amount of the tape. Thank you Jay.

As described and same as we use in office cool that thry included two cartridges. Im happy

But there was only 1 tape Where is the 2nd tape?

I like the device, easy to work with and does what it says, the quality of the device is good

The label maker itself is great, though I only received one of the label rolls, not two.

Maybe the brand itself is fine but the unit I have received is broken and wouldn't start. it has something broken inside as you move it around, you can hear the broken pieces moving inside.

This is sooo much better than brother p touch..completely readability vs p touch. No comparison..

It works with 6 AAA batteries and, let’s be honest you don’t need to use this every day, so I let it on my closet after one use and when I need it again the batteries were off and I need to get a new set.It’s not the end of the world but if you find one that can be connected to direct power or one with more battery life, I would recommend that one

I bought this to label pages in my portfolio. I was concerned the labels were gonna be thick & bulky, like the old fashion dymo plastic label makers.but i'm happy to report that the labels are thin,flexible,and seem very durable (tough) and scratch resistant! It work great! does exactly what i wanted it to do.my only complaint is the user manual is a little sparse. its pretty intuitive on how to use it. but I had to search online for a more detailed manual, but the one on the dymo sie is only in german, i had to do some searching to find one in english. so not a deal breaker. I like the print quality, nice and crisp. I feel alittle disappointed, because i thought there were more font available, but theres ony helvetica. i guess they consider regular,bold, &italic fonts, there is also,a small assortment of clipart & symbols a pleasant surprise! i'm very happy with my purchase, so far i've only had it for a couple of days though I have not experienced any problems of it draining baterries, yet.It does require (6) AAA bateries. that fact was not listed in the description. that bummed me out because I had to run out and buy some, I couldn't use my new toy, had to wait a day.Wah !!

Hmmm, I wanted to like this - I’m a big fan of a good labeller, and I use a Brother which has lasted years and is just as good now. I got this Dymo for my mother, as it has a qwerty keyboard which she finds easier to use. But the print window is tiny! You really have to squint to see what you’ve pressed - I can manage but at her age, it’s not so easy. Yes you get different font styles (not different fonts, just styles - italic, bold etc) and sizes so that’s all fine, plus lots of symbols (she’d only use the basics) so it’s almost over engineered. And it uses 6 AA batteries, which is a heck of a lot, let’s hope they last - buy decent ones! The Dymo is a well established brand and you do pay for the name, on this (over £34 although you get two tapes) and the tapes themselves. I’ll stick with my old faithful Brother, although my mother is happy with this and is now labelling everything (sometimes with spelling mistakes as she can’t see the tiny screen!)

Excellent product. Prints great stickers. Only limitation is that there is only single font available.
