Excellent source of very absorbable B12. I was diagnosed with low B12 & after a series of injections followed by a tablet form of B12. My symptoms didn't improve & my levels stayed low. After seeing a naturopath I learned that sublinguals are by far the better choice & Methylcobalamin version is also the most bioavailable & absorbable. The high dose was also a huge help. My levels bounced back & actually went off the charts high. Luckily it's not toxic & you can't OD on it. It's water soluble, so you just excrete the excess out in urine. I just reduced the frequency of my dosing.
