I recommend watching some videos on how best to use a stainless pan, heat it before adding food, don't smoke your oil (too high for oil of type etc.), and such. If you simmer baking soda and water in there for several minutes you should be able to remove any stain. Mine is spotless after months of use. Sometimes it take elbow grease, steel wool, baking soda (dry or simmered) or some combo of those to get it out. But I have never met a stain on there you can't get out. It is a nice little SS pan, and gets the job done the same as my more expensive SS pans but for a lot less $. The handle on the pan is very comfortable, and the handle on the lid is a little taller than most which is great if you have larger hands like mine. I selected this pan because it had the pour spouts on the sides, which is really convenient at times, but it ended up being my favorite smaller SS pan that I use for everyday cooking.
