Very nice . Easy to prepare tiffin for my kids early morning. Quality also good.

Start slow 1 pancake at a time until you get in the groove.
Like with any new pan it takes a bit of practice to see how it cooks. My 1st pancake-terrible! My 2nd pancake- not good. 3rd pancake accepted by a 4 year old to eat; by pancake 4 they looked great and I felt comfortable making 7 pancakes at a time. Be ready to adjust your batters thickness as you practice.Flipping can be tricky with the small space but I found using a small spatula simultaneously with a fork worked for me
