I bought this for my 18 month old baby (she wears size 3 though) to go with her older sister's little mermaid costume. It's very well made and super cute- still a little big on her but do-able. Well, ended up returning it though because the moment I put the costume on her til it was taken off, she cried and screamed nonstop. The costume looked comfortable enough (smooth edges etc) so my guess is that she was either afraid of the costume or wanted to be a mermaid as well. We didn't get to use it unfortunately, but I'd still highly recommend this cute costume to others.

I was pleased with the service ,the costume is well made but the head size was far too small,which I have had to alter.

Bought this for my son to wear to a crayfish party. Is excellent quality and very cute. My son is a small size 10, and it fit perfectly. Was a big hit!

Great costume and looked good on my nephew for his school play.Only crit - the face area was a little small and had to remove some of the threading to help my nephew breath properly.

Amazing costume! Fits well my 9 year old. Adjust the hat by removing stitching that connects 2 front pieces then have your child put it on and just put a couple of stitches in to connect them. You can easily take it off and put it back on since there is Velcro in the back. It was perfect for schools musical.

My daughter is going to Halloween as Ariel and my son is going as this to look like characters from the movie. Cute and well made.

This does not really fit a ten year old - An average sized ten-year old girl had to be squeezed into it - if she hadn't fallen in love with it I would have returned it.
