Putting it together was fine but winding it the hose would never stay in position it would fling everywhere. The reel itself is super flimsy and wobbles all over. Once the hose was wound after it set a few days and the water drained for some reason when trying to unwrap it kinks everywhere and knots trying to unravel. It wasn’t my hose either as I’ve tried it filled with water so it wouldn’t kink and no water at all it was so frustrating.
