This is my favorite face cleanser! It’s gentle and effective. I find that it helps reduce redness in my cheeks and works well in dry winters as well as humid summers as my skin oiliness changes. I appreciate that it doesn’t have a scent and a little goes a long way.

I liked this rich cleanser for winter. It doesn't lather a ton, but works very well and doesn't strip my skin of the good oils.

I am hooked on this! I love the texture of it and how soothing it is. I have rosacea and extremely sensitive skin. It is thick and feels so calming on my skin. Leaves my skin feeling fresh, moisurized and even-toned. And I love that is comes in such a large size. It's pricey but it lasts long due to the size. Worth it!

I like the feel of my face after I wash at night.

Love this product! I can't use the foaming, gels, etc and need a cream cleanser. I wipe it off with a soft makeup towel and don't rinse it with water. It takes the place of the sisley white lily which I've been using for about 27 years. It's far less expensive and a quality replacement. It removes all my makeup and leaves no residue. I use Paula's Choice 2% BHA before bed and follow with my night cream. I use it for my morning cleanser and follow with a moisturizer and my skin looks good all day, It doesn't 'eat' my foundation and I only need to give my face a light dusting of setting powder in the late afternoon to keep my makeup looking fresh.

Since moving to Minnesota from FL, I have been struggling with increased dryness and skin sensitivity. I feel like the dry spots take much longer to heal, no matter what I try (and I've tried everything). For reference, I am a 24 year old female with dry/sensitive skin and use a high-strength prescription retinol nightly (0.1% tretinoin). In FL, my skin was easily managed with Cerave moisturizing oil cleanser and la Roche poussey daily moisturizer and a hyaluronic acid serum, but not up here~ This has been my holy grail. The scent is minimal and natural, the texture is soft but perfect for melting away makeup. My skin feels completely cleansed afterwards and NOT irritated/dry. For the size as well, you get a HUGE bottle (16oz), so that should last plenty of time if you only use it on your face.

My skin is extremely sensitive and very dry. Many products, not only, dry my skin, they burn and cause redness. I an fearful of introducing new face care products. After reading the reviews, I decided to chance it, and purchase Paul's Choice Skin Recovery. As I washed my face for the first time using this product, I was stunned and amazed! There was absolutely no burning or stinging. What even further surprised me, was there was absolutely no irritation such as burning, stinging, tearing or bloodshot eyes when used to remove eye makeup. I'll not say this product made my skin 'as soft as a baby's behind.' However, my skin was softer and smoother than the garage sale items in the dreaded bathroom drawer. For the average working woman, Paul's Choice is on the pricey side. However, when computing the garage sale items lying dormant in the dreaded bathroom drawer, this is a steal. I am so impressed with this face wash, that after two weeks of use, I ordered a second bottle. Bear in mind, this is not a minature bottle, it is a large bottle, and will probably last me three months or more. A little of this cleaner goes a long way. I hope they never discontinue it. If given advanced notice that they are discontinuing this item, I will request they ship me a 55 gallon drum. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Best skin cleanser ever for dry skin.

Thick and creamy cleanser, perfect for sensitive skin. My redness prone skin loves this cleanser.

Works great for very dry skin especially if using tretinoin my skin doesn’t peel anymore because of this cleanser.

My skin has become sensitive with age (40’s) and this cleanser doesn’t irritate and removes Estée Lauder double wear makeup. This is my second bottle.
