Esschert DesignWeight Door Stop, Black

I bought these door stops thinking they were going to be a lot heavier than they actually are. I was a bit disappointed. That is the reason I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5. They are cute, but they are not really sturdy.

The bottom falls apart and creates a mess

I needed a door stop for night time so my cats could still roam the house but keep my door ajar.This one was not my first choice but after I got it I just love it. It is easy to move out of the way when I want to open the door

This is cute and good weight for our door. Unfortunately it doesn't have a felt base so you have to bend down and pick it up anytime you want to open or close the door, which is quite a pain if its a door you use regularly.

This thing would be great for, say, a microwave door, or stopping the bedroom door for hitting a wall. But for trying to prop a door open, it's neither tall enough nor heavy enough to do this job. It's more of a paperweight than a door stop.

Perfect little metal door stopper with authentic old fashioned look. Looks heavybut isn’t, so moving it from one place or another isn’t an issue. Love it!

Cast iron door holder that reminds me of my grandma.

Filled with piles of dirt that filled the air and got into my lungs and all over my floor. Threw it out out of safety concerns. Was also too light to block a door.

… allerdings ist die Qualität nicht die beste: Die Farbe ist an mehreren Stellen ordentlich abgesprungen. Daher wollte ich dies eigentlich reklamieren. Nun ist es mir doch zu aufwändig und ich habe einfach mit einem schwarzen Eddingstift nachgearbeitet.
