Visible pulling on the cover due to it being folded in the box - The little pulled apart parts didn't smooth over despite trying - Definitely a cosmetic issue doesn't prevent function, no full tears in the cover.Good pain relief. Puts out quite a bit of heat on highest setting, may be too warm for sensitive individuals, however the lower settings should be fine even for sensitive folk.Only soothed wear and tear/mild injury pain, didn't sooth an internal pain caused by muscle spasm.

I like this heat pad for pre-warming my baby's cot, however the cover is not cotton as advertised. It is polyester. Also would prefer if the on/off switch wasn't so noisy (noticeable at night).

Came with am English plug which we need a converter for!Disappointed because grandmother could not use item when it arrived ...was not expecting an English plug at all. Disappointed.

This has happened twice now , pads that were a few years old suddenly started smoking and one of them set off sparks.
