Easy to install and easy to use
This is a great picture light, easy to install, easy to work, I love it. I order one, now I’m getting two more .

Overall, I like the product very much and would buy it again. The directions on how to install the batteries were not very clear, however.

Cheaply made, poor adjustability, not worth $79.
Not very happy with this item, and it is certainly not worth $79. The metal of the shade is very thin. The metal edges are turned over -- when you take off the end cap, which you must do to install batteries, sharp edges are revealed. The biggest issue, and the reason I'm returning it, is because the shade does not do any shading. The bulbs are not very deeply recessed in the shade, and the shade does not tilt downward more than, say, 15 degrees. This means that the bulbs are quite visible when placed over a painting at eye level. It also must be a joke that the instructions included with the fixture say that the back mounting arm is "adjustable". It is -- if you bend the metal! This fixture is not worthwhile at all. I expected a higher-quality fixture for this price.PS -- the LEDs give off very point-like lighting, which produces annoying reflections against glass or metal. Even if its adjustability was suitable, I would only use this fixture for paintings.

They were light weight and mounted easily on the pictures, the LED lighting is outstanding and accents the pictures.

Tricky and terrible instructions. No screws came with it. The lightbulbs show .
I found the instructions Very Unclear as did my handiman. They referred to parts that were not identified in the drawing and we had the hardest time imaginable trying to figure out how to insert batteries!! Then, there were no screws for attaching it to painting. But once I got it all done, it works well to illuminate the painting but the little lightbulbs are visible when you look at the painting.

I love it, but I should have gotten one with the remote control. I’m a little short to turn it on and off.

There was no remote control. Antique brass finish looks gray. Led lights are not great for paintings
