Air Spencer(000500 CS-X3 Citrus Scent Air Freshener Refill

My car is really old and these cartridges help to keep it smelling fresh. They are rather expensive in stores. They last a long time and work well.

These are great. I stuck one on the underside of my passenger seat and I couldn't be happier. I tried the blue and while I like the bubblegum kind of smell I though it a little strong, same with the green. This one though I like and enjoy.

Squash is the best. But citrus is just ok. Probably won't buy this scent again. It's not horrible, but it just doesn't smell too citrus-y to me. It almost smells like those generic bathroom air fresheners in public restrooms. Meh.Also, I don't know if these are counterfeits or if Air Spencer is cutting corners. I remember the scent cartridges used to be sealed in plastic. The one I got wasn't. That means these the scent gel has been dissipating while sitting in the warehouse. I have a feeling this one will lose its scent pretty quickly.

I purchased this for a friend, for Christmas 2010, that LOVES smell good things; her home has like 20 potpourri bowls. So, since she is a `smell good' pro, I researched the web for quite a while reading reviews from several sites and this product had the overall best reviews.It was almost overwhelmingly strong its first few days. I got into her car again after 2 weeks, then again after 6 weeks and it was still working. I saw a few reviews about it not lasting long... THIS IS NOT TRUE... I can only assume 1 of 2 issues.1) The smell gets lost in smell memory since it does have a powerful fragrance. Like how garbage men or tar roofers no longer smell the odors, the people who purchase the item lose their ability to smell the product. My friend did comment how she could not smell the fragrance anymore after about 2 weeks in her daily use of her car, but I could when I rode with her intermittently. Or 2) they do not put the item in its case. This I assume would cause more air to get to product thus `drying' it out faster than intended.I just ordered this set with case and refills of the other 3 fragrances for myself since it worked so well for her.

lasted 6 days and there is no smell anymore

I have used this several years before and had trouble finding a reasonable priced ones. I found it on Amazon and right away ordered it. I have used other cheaper freshener before but this one outshines those products. Can't remember how long each cartridge last once installed.

Now this item is top shelf for the car or wherever you like the scents. I got a Citrus one because that is the only scent that cuts smoke. Squash is better in general. These things are cheaper for the refills in some audio and car tint shops like that.

Tried this over the Squash scent (my fsvorite ( on a whim. Smells fantastic and very citrus-y, but imho it doesn't last nearly as long as the squash refills do.
