Does it come with a cat?

Yes, but only Munchkin kittens. Color is always random. The containers are always red and white.

What do I do when container is full?

My local disposal point charges $10 to dispose of a single quart container, and it charges $16 for a gallon container. However if you buy the container directly from them the cost is only $15; i.e. $1 less than disposing of someone else's container and $5 less than two quart containers. This is Southern Oregon Sanitation; just search for " sharps disposal" on the web. I had to telephone to clarify the prices. Also talk to your insurance company; they probably have some mail-in option, probably super-expensive until you hit your OOPMax when it becomes "free".

I have never had to this before. Is this container for just the needles, or the entire syringe? Thank You for your help!!

It can fit syringes, though it will last longer if you can only put needles. Estimating, about 16-20 10mL syringes would fit It’s a nice compact size, hope it helps.

This may seem like a stupid question, but I am new to this whole needle process. Is it only the needle that stays in the box or the whole syringe?

Put the whole syringe into the container. The FDA discourages users from trying to disconnect the needle from the body...to much chance of a needle stick happening!
