It's also really exciting and funny to read. My little boy absolutely loves it and I love that it teaches children why you might feel a particular emotion and how to deal with it when you do. I also love the bit at the back that encourages kids to draw their own "bugbops" - it's just so lovely. I can't praise this highly enough and am hoping they'll be more in the series! Bumble and Snug and the angry pirates is a wonderful book. The illustrations are so bright and cute and you instantly fall in love with the characters. It's also really exciting and funny to read. My little boy absolutely loves it and I love that it teaches children why you might feel a particular emotion and how to deal with it when you do. I also love the bit at the back that encourages kids to draw their own "bugbops" - it's just so lovely. I can't praise this highly enough and am hoping they'll be more in the series!

A great story and message. My boys (6 and 7) loved it and are currently working on drawing their own bugbops! Can’t wait for more adventures

Great characters, great jokes. A brilliant way to explore feelings - in this book's case - why we feel anger. It even provides a drawing guide explaining how to draw Bumble and Snug or how to create your own character. I can't recommend these books highly enough.

First saw a book in the series in Sainsbury’s and my daughter was drawn to the cute art style drawings on the front of the book. After looking at a few pages she loved it and we bought it. She’s 5yo and these books have really encouraged her to start reading this summer. She has loved the fun stories, the artwork pictures, and the relationship between bumble and snug. These are great little books for beginners at reading, as it has lovely pictures as well. The author makes the stories very fun, interesting, but also relevant to kids and their feelings. As a parent I have also enjoyed reading these books to my daughter and I really hope the author continues to do more books in the near future. Maybe even a show on tv ☺️
