Fantastic allowed me and the littles to play on the deck even in the hottest part of day .. And we were well shaded . Also kept our ac working less because this shaded our double doors . The owner of the company is amazing too ! We had tired other brands .. This is a quality product and I am confident it will hold up for years ( we will be taking down fall - spring ) and using in summer months only . It was worth ever penny !
