This is a useful patch.

Gets the job done but not as effective as Salonpas. Thatโs the take away. Iโll spare you the back story on why my muscles are always aching. Tried a bunch of products and these kind of patches work the best for me. Within the category Iโve tried several brands - this one gets the job done but Iโm not a fan of the way it sticks.
