Biomin vs Apagard which one is better?

apagard contains SLS. If you can' have that, go with biomin. Biomin is also much less $. Biomin's fluoridated version will be available sometime in 2021. It was FDA approved at the end of 2020.

Since biomin f is clearly superior but not in the us should i use this one with a flouride mouth wash to compensate for the lack of fluoride?

Originally the u.k, but I believe this formula is made in the USA. The formula had to be changed because of government regulations. The original biomin f formula is better.

This toothpaste does have nano hydroxyapatite in it?

No. This uses nano ceramic glasses that contain chloride that when enter the tooth, creates a reaction that creates a hydroxyapatite layer on the tooth and in the tooth's tubules. It's a completely different technology than nano hydroxyapatite toothpastes. Biomin c is more affective and remineralizes within hours, while nano hydroxyapatite toothpastes can take days and even weeks to remineralizes a tooth.
