A little pricey, I should have & will stain the post. I need to see how they stick though the winter. Update to follow.

I purchased these to complete my install on a Muzata cable railing project. Wanting to stick with the manufacturer’s procedure, I purchased these adhesive grommets and found them to be completely useless.They’re super sticky when trying to remove the backing film, resulting in the sticking on themselves and unfolding them once stuck together is a pain. Once you stick them on wood (my posts were stained), they don’t stick very well at all.I ended up buying small tubes of clear, outdoor caulk which has worked incredibly well so I recommend going this route instead of using these.

I like Muzata's equipment as a whole. The washers require you to paste a little plastic ring on the back of the washer to make them stick to the post. This is just dumb. What they should do is put a spring clip on the back, you could just snap it in a use a screwdriver to pop it out if you need to work on the cable. Considering they are charging around $18 for a few washers and sticky things, they could make this product more substantial.

Looks good and was easy to use but a bit expensive for my liking.

I have purchased 2 sets of this washers, on separate orders. First one received was very purely packaged the 3m adhesive was stuck together with the washers it almost looked that was a return. But the washers are nice aprox. 1.2mm thick and polished. Now the second set I received the adhesive is in good condition, the washers on the other hand are very thin and not polished they look like very chip and for the price you pay for this item. In both cases I think the price for this is absolutely outrageous for a stamped item that probably cost few pennies. I will probably have to return them back to amazon. I hope the vendor will make this right.

These look nice but I just don’t see the value in them. I don’t mind spending money when I see a decent return on investment. With these I don’t.

These are terrible - they don't stick in place, they look like crap. If you want something that looks nice and will stay in place try the covers from cablebullet.com. They look great and you screw them in with one screw so they stay in place.

This product is 20 washers painted black with flimsy adhesives. For $50 this is ridiculous.
