Does this product actually work?

This one actually does!!!!! I could tell before the 1st week was up because (I bite my nails pretty badly,ew, I know) and my nails were growing faster than i could bite em! Haha, and (tho this is kind of annoying) i could shave one evening and when i wake up the next day I'm prickly already and by that night I've got full blown visible stubble. This for me is annoying but these 2 things are what alerted me to these vitamins actually doing what they're supposed to! Also, I didnt purchase mine from here, not promoting anything, I got mi e from a family member.
