How much weight can it hold?

I believe I read before ordering it that it could hold up to around 250 lbs. What I have discovered is that once you're done using it you need ton taken it off the wall or it will fall off on its own in about 12 hours.

If you twist or hang will it move

Its not supposed to be used like that. Mine is on slightly textured tile and it is very sturdy to use to balance yourself while putting a leg up to shave. If you twist and hang there, well all bets are off!

Would this Suction Grip Bar work on a glass shower door?

I'm sure it would, if it is a clean, smooth surface.
