Because of the small quantity in the bucket, I believe it's intended for use with border paper. Lowes and Home Depot carry gallon size buckets for the same price as this one. I hung 4 double rolls with it and still have half of the bucket leftover. **Q: Can you glue this on top of wallpaper?** A: It will work on top of old wallpaper. Just be sure the d paper is adhered to the wall well and this will adhere the new product to the old paper. **Q: Can I use the 3-D tiles on the ceiling?** A: Yes, it works really well, once you put it on hold it for 2 seconds then it will start to dry.
