Great for those hard to reach spots where you don't want to carry the vac with you.
This hose is great for those long reaches. I needed to vacuum some areas that were too high for my original hose and I didn't want to have to carry my shop vac with me on a step stool to reach where I needed to. 20 feet is more than enough for what I needed.

Great hose. Good price.
Works great and is compatible with the cheap Rigid vac from Home Depot. Be mindful and try not force the hose to straighten out from a loop because you’ll kink it. Difficult to use in tight car spaces unless you have a small fitting but works great for seats and trunk.

Now, I can hook this up to my 2" dust extraction system/pipes and vacuum my entire basement woodworking shop !! Not that I'll clean it as much as I should, but this will make it much more convenient when I do.

Not as flexible as I though but great length.
I was expecting this hose to be more flexible than it really is, I am using this with a Ridgid 16 gal vacuum with a dust separator and it is as stiff as the stock Ridgid hose just a lot longer. I don't get why people complain about the fittings, they do fit perfectly, you just have to use half a brain to understand how to insert the fitting in the hose. There is a "barbed" side on each of the fittings provided and it is the side going in the hose. I do appreciate the length of the hose which allows me to vacuum my shop without moving the vacuum cleaner and the swivel fitting is indeed a great addition. With the length, you lose quite a bit of suction when used with a dust separator, I will come back to update this review when using it to clean my gutters without the dust separator.

Fits Ridgid Shop Vac Perfectly
Fits Ridgid shop vac perfectly. Surprisingly, the 25' length barely reduces effectiveness of suction.

I can get the ShopVac out of the garage.
My lathe is set up at the back of my garage, and the hose that came with the ShopVac only allowed me to move the vacuum few feet from the lathe. With this hose as an extension I can push the vacuum out of the garage, reducing the overall noise levels. Very happy about that.
