Travelon Anti-Theft Heritage Tour Bag

Love it , nice size pockets ,and roomy , comfortable to carry, the color is a little lighter though but not a deal breaker for me this is my 3rd bag from them , I only bought a new one since my old one was starting to wear out on the handles mind you it's a different model then this one and I have had it for years so I'm looking forward to using this one ^^...

I've had this bag a couple of years now. It's been on multiple trips with me both domestic and international. I stopped using it as my daily because I wanted to make sure I extended its life as my designated travel purse. Ive recommended this to friends and fellow travelers. I always get compliments and many have stated that they wished they had one. The zippers are strong and the antitheft latches have never failed me. Ive washed this bag in a laundry bag, in cold water, gentle cycle and left to air dry. It washed really well and stayed in tact. I highly recommend this bag for anyone wanting to travel. My favorite part about the bag is the 2 water holder compartments that can be zipped up and tucked away when not in use. The designer thought of everything in this bag. I fit so much into this bag, I sometimes have to rethink and repack because it can weigh me down. Out of all the bags I've seen and researched this is the bag for me. Not only practicaland stylish, it's very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I have recently come back from a trip and saw a woman wearing her new purchase (same bag). I approached her to discuss how great the purse was. She didnt seem to be as excited about the bags functionalty as I was, which told me she hadnt worn it much. By the end of our 9 day tour, the same woman approached me and thanked me for giving her my appreciation of the bag. She fell in love with during the course of our trip. Her travel buddy and my travel buddy ordered one each! I want another but would like to see an expanded color selection. I'm sure the seller is working on this as prices of the bag have skyrocketed, so Im sure there is money in the pot now to expand on color variations. The bag needs to be a bit bigger. It was a little clumsy using but worked well over all.

I’ve been trying different bags finding some pretty good, while others just not what I want. This bag is particularly engaging me with overwhelming perfection. There are a lot of comparable bags that for me lack a feature or two I need that this bag has.It is with greatest enthusiasm I can report this Travelon bag is exceedingly everything I like about a bag while having nothing I do not like about it.The blue denim fabric is nice & more personable. The point of the matter is the bag has ample pockets for my needs without crowding out the bag.I like that the shoulder strap can be removed. The handle is functional & a great feature. This bag can carry a lot while remaining compact. I also like it has no flaps. It’s all easy zipper access.The end water bottle pockets are a great design. They zip up nice & trim when not needed & fit a water bottle without strain.The interior of the pockets are well done to my liking.Getting it on sale was a score. As far as I’ve encountered with this bag, it’s a quality piece of equipment I can happily bring along wherever I go.

Travel to metropolitan Mexico City using this tour bag. It is light considering the denim material it’s made from. The shoulder strap is wide, thick and comfortable on one’s shoulder. Difficult for someone to cut. I am 5 ft, petite and i used it across my body. It was not too heavy even after I put my iPad, my phone ( which is kinda heavy and smaller necessities; it was still comfortable to wear across my body. The strap is adjustable although if you’re real tall not sure how much strap extends since I’m short. The pockets are easy to reach, the interior is dark blue and light yellow so it’s easy to identify what’s inside when one tries to find something inside the bag. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to others who travel and want to keep important items on yourself. :)

I was looking for a bag to carry my art supplies for drawing on location. This seems to be just what i was looking for. It holds a 5.5x8.25 landscape watercolor sketch book (and could fit a larger one) , a pocket Moleskine, a pencil case that in turn holds about 6 pens and pencils, and 2 watercolor brushes. Also a koi Sakura travel watercolor pallet, an extra mixing pallet, water bottle, AND my iPad Pro including a pocket for the pencil. I have a collapsible stool I’d hoped would fit in the other water bottle pocket, and although I can force it in I don’t want to risk tears in the netting so I’m content to clip it on the strap instead. My first impression was that it was heavy, but over my shoulder it seems much lighter. So far it seems to be exactly what I was looking for. I can still add a small wallet, keys, and phone but I think I prefer to have them in a small, separate purse for now.EDITED: Not as perfect as it seemed at first. It’s very good and I won’t change the star rating, but it’s a bit too small to carry everything I want to on a serious outing.

Used for one weekend trip & color already started to fade on edges …for this price should be better quality

Finding a bag to carry an iPad in a way that will protect it from damage and theft, while also carrying the normal clutter of a phone, wallet, passport, and etc has been a difficult search! This item sounded like it fit the bill. iPad pocket (check), iPad fits easily into bag and bag can completely zip (check). Unfortunately, it falls short in so many places. It needs the pocket to be padded on both sides and the pocket needs to come all the way up. The canvas makes the bag heavier than it needs to be. It doesn’t have a built in RFID organizer pocket. And finally, without sufficient protection for the iPad, I wouldn’t want to put much else in there. It just feels like the iPad will get damaged in this bag.
