Review: Wonderful. - This is great! I have a medical condition that has taught me more than I ever wanted to know about my muscles but not in a particularly accurate way. I decided it was time to try to put names to what I'm feeling and this book will allow me to do just that, as close as I can expect without a medical education anyway. Very pleased with it, and maybe it will even add to my healing. It gives just the right amount of knowledge--not overly detailed but definitely substantial enough to be very educational. Next time I see my massage therapist I will see if I can correlate what I've learned in the book to the muscles I feel.

I'm a personal trainer but didn't major in exercise science. This book has helped me tremendously. I knew only about the major muscle groups but didn't understand the purpose of their origins and insertions. Now when I train clients I teach them how to concentrate on which bones they need to move in order to flex the desired muscle.
