This is very, very short. It’s not at all like a factory style vent hose which is what I was thinking I was purchasing. Given the length of this and even considering the cap I believe there is little cost in the build. I think anything more than $2 is over priced. There is really nothing there. It may work good but it would look dumb on my Honda being it’s blue like Yamaha and the tube isn’t long enough to even hide that vent as it would’ve been had it been a length something like a factory vent tube.

It is just a tube with a pretty cap. Air and gas can flow both directions. A real gas vent only allows air flow into the tank.

Gas leaked out while riding. Get one with a check valve.Update: The seller reached out, apologized and issued a refund. Very commendable. Wished all sellers followed that model. I updated to 2 stars.

Looks nice and rubber hose is flexible not super rigid like others I've bought.
