The fit is not up to spec and the head doesn't come close to giving a smooth and close shave. I must question whether this is truly an Norelco product. ### ⭐ Product was terrible *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 5, 2021* This replacement shave her head arrived promptly as promised. I put them in my razor and expected a perfectly smooth pain-free shave. What I got was a shave worse than any shaver I have ever used. I think it pulled more hairs out of my face that it actually cut. Either the blades weren't sharp and correctly or something was dramatically wrong with this shaver had as it was advertised as new. This shave was so bad I wouldn't even suggest that it was a used shave her head.I did return this but have not gotten the refund as of yet I will follow up when I received that refund ### ⭐ Blades are painful *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on February 9, 2021* I've been using a Norelco razor for many years and dutifully replaced the blade heads annually as per guidance. In the past, I've always been satisfied with the product, but this year when I started using my new blades, they no longer cut cleanly and started pulling out my whiskers. It really hurt.I don't know whether I just received a defective unit or whether something's gone wrong with the manufacturing, but either way, I'm done with Norelco. I've gone back to using a blade razor, which I'm finding to be quite satisfactory. They've made big improvements in that technology since I used them many years ago.
