Authentic, excited to use this!
Made tea leaf salad with this and it tasted just like the restaurants. [If you don't have a recipe, use the Burma Superstar cookbook.] Frying the yellow split peas + garlic is kind of a pain, so this is a nice shortcut.It's not something that I will this on its own, but I will definitely sprinkle on salads to add some crunch.
