I'm giving the product a 3 because although my curls didn't react much to the products, my hair felt soft and was a little easier to detangle. I also like the scent of the hair cream and oil. I have a mix of 3b/4a hair that can get very frizzy like cotton balls without moisture. The clay did a great job cleaning my hair without stripping the moisture and rinsed out easy. Only con was I had to use a LOT of it to saturate my hair. The oil and cream work great for the LOC method. I use the oil first then the cream.
