Considering this is many times cheaper than the official Apple Pencil 2, this is a great alternative if like me, you’re not using this for professional use and want to occasionally draw and make handwritten notes. Especially like the black colour option which matches the iPad nicely! Solid connection and drawing accuracy is excellent. My only slight critique is that the on/off light faces down when you magnetically attach it to the iPad, so you can’t easily tell if it’s off when attached. It does power off automatically though and has 20 hour battery life when turned on so not a big deal. Worth pointing out this won’t charge on the iPads magnetic attachment, it’s only to hold it!Using with a 2020 iPad Air 4, setup was very easy and turns on/off by tapping the top of the pencil. Charges via Type-C USB (cable included). Spare nib and a soft silicon cover is included also, you can still draw with this on if you’re overly worried about scratches which shouldn’t really occur anyway.

What I haven't seen in other reviews.. Loved this pen to the point where I recommended it to others, it works great and is lovely use with Procreate. There's no pressure sensitivity though, but I wasn't too troubled by that. The issue? The tips - YOU CANNOT BUY REPLACEMENT TIPS EASILY. The tips provided are okay but not the best, I wore through both within six weeks (using Procreate + matte screen protector). When I needed to buy more, lo and behold it became very clear that you cannot find these easily if at all. This basically makes the entire pen redundant, and there's absolutely no point buying a budget pen if there's no way to replace the nibs. In the end, I had to cave and buy the Apple one.

I like that it is plain. Allows precise drawing and using the tilt feature I have been able to get thin or thick lines in the notes app but not much variation. You would need to use a drawing app to fully test it. So far good for note taking. The on off switch only needs a light tap. Holds like a normal pencil not too heavy. I’ve only had it a little while so can’t comment on battery life as haven’t needed to charge it yet. Being able to rest your palm on the screen whilst writing is good.

Good when it works. Cut out regularly. The nib arrived damaged. I asked for a replacement nib but no response from manufacturer. Amazon refunded. I think had they have replaced the nib, I might have kept it. Found a cheaper one that is way better

I ordered this pen and it arrived promptly the very next day!Unfortunately, I didn’t take the time to read the accurate description of this pen. It does state the ipads it works on - but In my haste to purchase, I neglected to read thoroughly. So for future reference and a stated, this is not the stylus you want for a 1st gen ipad Pro.But before I discovered this, the pen felt great in the hand, was no hassle to charge and has no button on the stem that might otherwise be accidentally be pressed. The on/off is handily on the top.Unfortunately I can’t comment on the operation of the pen for reasons stated above - but that was due to my own mistake.But what I can say here is, that the returns process was simple and painless. I printed off a pre paid postage label, put the pen back in the box it came in, stuck the label on and it was picked up from my home the very next day and money credited to my account. Cant say fairer than that for what was at the end of the day My Fault.All in all very happy with the service!!

Works well with the latest series 9 iPad. I am not technical but I had it working in just a couple of minutes. A lot cheaper than the original pencil. Seems a no brainier!** I was promised payment for this review which has not been paid to me so item returned for refund. By the way the item refused to charge properly as well. Do not trust all 5 star reviews!

Great - I ordered this as my first introduction to using a pencil on an iPad, and I certainly wouldn’t look back / justify spending extra on the “official” product.The pencil gives you tilt and pressure sensitivity, as well as clipping to the magnetic side of the iPad.Great sensitivity for writing / basic drawing.. I’m not skilled enough to comment on expert levels, but it’ll do great for my level of work!Touch control on top is easy to use and battery life is great!

The product is great! The pen feels great quality and is easy to use - removed from packaging and was ready to use. No set up required. Writes effortlessly on the iPad - I used various apps to test this out.The pen attaches magnetically to my iPad Air. I would recommend this product to anyone!
