I absolutely love Calm. I like the original flavor the best. And I plan on NEVER being without it. Calm has changed our daily life for the better? I use daily to keep from having Severe Cramps all over my body, at any given time! I suffered from muscle cramps night and day. Made my life mirable as I never knew when they would cause me severe pain. My husband uses daily also. Since useing Calm daily, he no longer suffers from irregular heartbeats, that plagued him 24/7. He was going to have a pace maker implanted, but after I read the book "The Miracle of Magnesium" in my reserch for something to help with my SEVERE muscle cramps, And learned that Magesium did work miracles for me. I asked him to start taking Calm also, and in 7 days he was so much better, and after 6 months of regular usage, he doesn't ever have a problem. Also stopped his rapid eye blinking, that had started in the last few years. I recommend that everyone use this product. I have helped many people, by recommending daily use of this product. Start by taking 1 level "measure" Teaspoon in water at bedtime. Not a spoonful, that you eat with. Makes you sleep so well. I have So much to say on this subject. Please start out slow, and build up to more if needed. We are all different and our bodies react different, so use your common sense and listen to your body. Many people stop bc they take too much too soon, n it makes them have loose bowels. So they will not take any more. A big mistake! If you have loose bowels, back down amt. you take, and gradually increase, let your body get accustomed to it. The lack of magnesium in our bodies causes lots of diffulties for us. I am a walking testimony to that fact. I bought this packaging for the convenience in travel.

Love this product and travel size is needed! It does calm and helps with regularity. One star off bc more plastic air packeted packaging. I loved the old flat paper like packets. New packaging sometimes hard to rip open to.

If you’re taking them for constipation then rest assured, this will clear you out lol. Lesson learned, I will use half a packet at a time.
