We LOVE
It's not bad HOWEVER please watch your babies with it. My son likes to stick his arm in the holes and then cant figure out how to get it out.Other than that, it's an AWESOME toy. The hammer actually fits into the toy also for storage. My son LOVES this thing. (We got it for him around Christmas. He didn't really play with it much until he was about a year old- which was roughly a couple months after Christmas. So this toy would be good for toddlers 12m+)

Fun toy. not chromatic or keyed for major chords. i guess the little kid does not care. it makes noise.

Great product
Slightly expensive but an awesome toy that doesn't require batteries and is a fun piano and xylophone and also a wack-a-mole type toy with the balls .. my 18 month old loves this toy

Tool skills
I bought this for my son when he was turning 1. He liked to beat on anything so he really liked the hammer. He carried the hammer around beating everything. Lol. Finally at 18 months he started using the toy as intended. He loves hammering the balls through and hitting the xylophone. I recommend this fantastic toy, but don't be surprised if it's not fully enjoyed until around 18 months! This is a great gift for the child with parents that don't mind noise. It's a very noisy activity between the xylophone and the hammering noises!

the xylophone spends most of its time upside down being banged on like a drum with his hands
I gave the Xylophone to my (at the time) 6 month old, because he had previously found it hilarious when shown how to use a mallet. He loves to gum the mallet and push the balls through the holes they sit in. He chases the balls all across the floor. Currently at 8 months, the xylophone spends most of its time upside down being banged on like a drum with his hands. He still loves to put the mallet in his mouth. He still likes the balls. It seems to be holding up very well.

This is similar to the one that has been discontinued ...
This is similar to the one that has been discontinued but smaller and not as well made. If you are trying to replace or duplicate the original one this will do in a pinch.

Baby's favorite toy
Just what I was looking for to entertain my one year old. The combo xylophone and ball pound toy is her go-to toy daily.
