Loved these lights - they look amazing under my kitchen cabinets, giving a beautiful glow to my white tiles.We went for a white kitchen and these lights are perfect for setting the scene - they come in a variety of colour settings and can be adjusted to a pulsing glow in 2 speeds as well as to the beat of music that is being played.Super pleased with them. Thank you.

Plastic was perishing and very dodgy quality - better off going to somewhere like B&Q - at least you can return and exchange products there without waiting months and having to write multiple emails !

I don't know a huge amount about LED Lights but my these are so good. Really easy to set up and so simple to control. I've been using them over Christmas and everyone seems to love them. So many colours and controllable by the phone or the remote control. these are very smart. My house looks so colourful. Im so happy with them. If there is a negative it would be that the instructions could be a little clearer. However I worked it out so its not rocker science. I really love them. They are thin enough to stay in place all year so no need to unstick them and then not be able to put them back up. When they are not on they are hardly noticeable. Very smart

I have ordered 2 products - both from the same seller. Unfortunately the second LED strip was shorter then the first one. I took these to put it on the back of 2 mirrors. Also, the glue on the back came off with the strip when peeled.. other than that - if you get one of the good ones - it’s a pretty cool product. Integrates easily to google home.

Some of the better LED strips out there. They seem to have focused more on quality than some of the cheaper brands.Packaging is very nice and would make a great gift, as opposed to the generic boxes.Alexa integration works well and very easy to set up, but that's more a credit to alexa than anything else. The remote is also a higher quality than others I've used and feels sturdierOverall one of the better kits as mentioned.

Pleased with these strip lights. Often they’re quite flimsy and a little under-whelming, but these actually seem to be a little better quality. Really easy to set up and pair. Work well through a channel diffuser too. Look lovely and good light.

The light strip arrived safely, and it comes in a well-illustrated and presented box, one that I would be happy to gift. Along with the light strip you get the control module, 1.5m mains cable with UK plug attached, remote control, adhesive strip for the control module, and the instructions.Definitely a higher quality light strip than others on the market, not just because of the manufacturing quality but also the actual LED’s themselves. The light is sharp, bright and tastefully fades between colours and dims slowly when you turn them off, just little extra details which make them look a lot more premium.The mains cable plugs into the control box which then plugs into the LED strip, taking care to make sure the pins are the correct way round by following the illustration on the back of the control box. You can cut the strip in pre-set areas (swapping between 17cm and 33cm i.e., 17,33,17,33,17, etc) and the lights feature a 3M adhesive strip on the back which sticks very well to most surfaces.The lights cannot be used without the phone app, even the control module or remote doesn’t work until they are properly setup. The lights start flashing when you first switch them on, and you need to download the V-TAC Smart Light app and register your details. The app found the lights and added them to my network with no issues, this step was simple.To use them with Alexa was a little trickier, the manual says to use the Smart Life skill in the Alexa skills but even after linking my account and doing everything correctly Alexa couldn’t discover the lights, I tried several times and checked everything. In the end I found the TCP Smart skill works better with these lights and now they are setup to use voice control. You can turn them on/off, change the colour, and set the brightness using your voice.The lights are highly configurable when it comes to the colour and brightness settings. You can create pretty much any colour you want using the colour wheel and saturation selector in the app and you can be very precise with the brightness going down to just a slight glow. You can also create scenes where you can choose multiple colours to change through and set whether you want the LED’s to be static, flashing or breathing as well as choosing the speed. The LED’s can only display one colour at a time so you can’t have half red and half blue for example. A timer and schedule can also be set.Music mode uses the microphone on your phone to flash the lights in beat to the music but a downside of this is that there is a delay, so the lights are always playing catch up and continue flashing for a short while after the music has stopped. It still looks great though and when using this mode the lights will flash quicker than any other setting you choose so its perfect for party lighting.The included remote control is better quality than what you normally get with LED strips and requires two AAA batteries to function. It does need line of sight with the IR receiver, but it works from a decent range.Overall, I think this is an excellent light strip for the money and it seems to be of a higher grade than what I’m used to seeing with the cheaper sets. A little tricky to get working with Alexa but apart from that id highly recommend this strip light if you are looking to buy one as the quality of the LED’s are great and they light up my room nicely. I’m more than happy to award this product five stars and I would buy them myself!
