Delivery was shorter than expected, when I found the swing away wasn't there I sent an email and they had it here in 4 days, the lift itself is amazingly easy to operate .

This was missing several nuts and bolts. My husband had to go to Lowes and buy some!

Works Great. I first got a ramp but was too hard to use too often. A lot more money than ramps but worth it and allows for more trips
