Preconfigured
Phones were shipped preconfigured for a different platform. All had to be factory defaulted (preconfigured with an unknown password) just to clear out the configuration and have access to reprogram. Total waste of time.

Random Network Disconnect
Keeps randomly disconnecting from internet every couple of days, even though network is active and actively plugged into the internet wall outlet.

I purchased it from another online vendor, in June 2022. In September of this year, the phone randomly froze. I factory reset it, but some functions wouldn't work. In October, it randomly froze again. It has a pretty style, I will not purchase this model again.
