As a preface, I bought this at a discount, so I'll be reviewing it as a sub-300 AED product.Overall I was very surprised and happy with the quality of the product. There are 3 different "heads" to use depending on if you want a Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, and Coffee powder, so you'll have to switch between the 3 depending on which you need.The product works very well. Heats the water pretty quick and operates as expected/better.You don't get the benefit of a Nespresso machine's quick disposal system, so you'll have to clear after every use, but for a multi-device it's within the expectation.Aesthetically it fits nice in the kitchen and dont stand out. سعرها و سهولتها ، و كذلك انها تؤدي الغرض بالنسبة لي ، ادائها جيد ، الشيء الوحيد هو انها لا تسطيع ادخال الكوب الكبير او متوسط الحجم نوعا ماانصح بها لغير المستقر في مكان واحد كالطالب و المتنقل في السكن فهي فعالةو الله اعلم

Its really great for capsule coffees but lacks in powder coffee making. For powder coffee maker it is best to go for Saachi’s coffee powder version only. If you like your coffee really hot then this is not for you. This machine is really good for the price, just make sure you follow the instructions closely on their manual. Why do i feel its not great for powder? The taste, it doesn’t brew powder as well as its core coffee powder maker set for big cups atleast for the powder I use. Again i would say this very very dependable on the powder you use!

Capsule sides are good for very light coffee tastes. But you need POWDER coffee to make strong coffee taste. You need to do your exercise to get better taste time over time with additional tools. little cold thought.

I really liked this machine. It makes a very nice coffee, with a good 'crema'. Works fine for powder coffee, nespresso capsules and also dolce gusto ones.

للاسف القهوة غير ساخنة وبدون رغوة والماكينة لا تفرغ الكبسولة من محتواها بالكامل لذلك القهوة عديمة الطعم بالمرة جربت الكبسولات والقهوة المطحونة والنتيجة واحدة لا انصح ابدا بشراء المنتج

Machine completely went dead after 6 months of moderate usage , doesn’t heat up and nothing happens , cant clean it, cant restart it , cant use it for anything, \two blue lights blinking ( heat ring function ) for ever, will have to throw it in the garbage and get myself a decent other brand, lesson learned :(

The product is ok to price.Not heating water enough to produce perfect coffee
