The lens is identical to the domestic one, but it is sourced internationally. AOM means Abe's Electronics Center will provide a 1 year parts and labor warranty if there are any manufacturer defects.

Is this compatible with Sony a6600?

My guess is YES! My reasoning is that the 6600 is an Alpha mirrorless camera using e-mount lenses. The lens in question is an e-mount lens.
