absolutely terrible. it's junk. not only did it break immediately upon trying to use it, it broke in a way that ruined my good cable that I was extending!!So not only did it not work, it ruined a good $30 cable. Amazon should ban this seller.

This is a very hard to find item. Generally, a micro (Male - Female) USB extension cord is NOT used in recharging but in data transfer situations - cameras and other such devices. THIS product has ALL pins wired through and has good shielding, thus the device actually is able to transfer data without errors. I used it to extend a heartbeat . oximeter monitor to be able to place the monitor at a more stable location further from the sensor (on my finger).The cable set has high quality materials and looks like it will stand up to repeated connect / disconnect cycles and the exterior can easily be cleaned.As an added bonus the price was very reasonable, it was delivered ahead of the promised day, and was very well packed.

***Update***I have to apologize for the initial poor review. I have a PapaGo 760 Car Dashcam with rear camera. It turns out, the manufacturer of the cable for PapaGo made a “ proprietary “ cable. I’ve tried several other brand extensions, none fit properly. At this point, I retract the original review and will be contacting Papago in reference to providing bad information. I was told any extension would work. The cable they provide is too short and their representative told me to buy a mini USB extension and I’d be fine. Th reason this cable broke was due to Papago’s provided cable having too small of a plug, internally. I’ve tried several mini ISB cables with the PapaGo camera and the pug on the devices are standard. I believe the cable was designed to fit very snug due to the nature of the device and to provide a solid connection.This extension may have been completely fine, even though it fit snug, most new cables and devices do. However, I feel this update should reflect it is NOT YCS’s cable quality that was the problem, though I’m questioning why it plugged in fin but broke when unplugged. I highly recommend the PapaGo Dashcams, I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANY extension cable be used. Sorry YCSBroke when plugging in the cable to be extended without any force. Very poorly made. No QC at all. Now I have to replace both cables. The cable I was extending had no problems being plugged in before, very standard fit when plugged in. This extensions plastic center (that holds the pins) broke off inside my cable. Plugged in fine, but simply broke off when Unplugged.

Pro: Seems to be good quality and works like a charm. Not much else to say is there?Cons: None.

Works like a charm exactly as described, powers up my car dash-cam. I needed a little more length for my dash-cam cable to place it in the rear window of my '95 Ford Taurus. This cable has the correct end connectors to extend power to the dash-cam. I do recommend this item, it seems to be well made and priced right. Just make sure this cable has the right size/kind of connectors for the connection you need to make.

Got the cable and one end was bent on the female side and broke once I inserted it into a another cable which broke the cable I just bought and I have to pick out the connector from my other cable. Not happy with this product

I was looking hard for this product to add to the installation of my Garmin665& XM antenna on my Harley Softail. I could not hind this cable anywhere?? Then it popped up as a suggestion. It will allow me to keep my antennae in saddlebag until it is needed. The cable plugs into the Garmin harness and is routed to handlebar and tied off. I only need to plug in my antennae when needed.
