As most of the country, I have been cooped up in the house and unable to get my hair done. So if you can imagine growth has been out of control. I have very long thick hair, most caps to not allow my hair to stay up. This cap has an elastic adjustable part that you can tighten to keep the hair on the inside. Let me start off with notes about the product:Packaging: it looked like a gift! great packaging!Shipping speed: Fast (2 days)Item: New / true to colorFit: It has a hidden elastic strap (like in toddler jeans) that is adjustable / it doesnt rub my skin / silky lining protects my hair / doesnt fall off while sleepingPersonal Story:I've been depressed. To the point where I dont want to leave my bed or brush my hair or take a shower, you get the picture. I purchased this cap to hide my hair from my family around the house. (I can at least look kept together) No joke, I put it on and actually smiled, I liked how i looked in it. One morning, i was admonishing myself for not getting out of bed. my dog looked at me wanting to pee. i rolled out of bed, slipped on a sweater and foot flops, grabbed my keys, his harness and drove to the dog park...with my dog. it took everything i had to do those simple tasks just to enjoy something i used to do every weekend, leave the house. if i wouldve had to fuss with all my hair (which is a LOT) i wouldve just opened the back door to let him pee. I'm not saying this is a miracle cap that will regenerate your hair and help you find world peace while riding on a unicorn. However, it has helped me.

The seller promises the moon in their description and the cap fell way short of the claims in the description. First, don't be fooled by the "slouch" appearance of the photo. This is not much bigger than your average beanie. If you are using it for long hair to sleep with, it won't work. There's not enough room in the cap for your hair and you wake up with a flattened curl mess on your head. Despite the claim on the packaging that the cap is refundable/returnable if you’re not satisfied, the seller sent an initial email telling me that they didn't want the cap back and were going to refund me for 50%. This means I have a cap I can't use and I get to pay $10 for the privilege of ordering something that didn’t meet the expectations set by the description of the cap. The seller came back around after I let them know I’d be leaving a negative review and refunded the full amount. They apologized and suggested I learn how to use it properly (um, not sure there’s a big learning curve there...).

A total waste of money. The dye damaged all my pillows. So upset now to purchase another one from another vendor. Item is in the garbage!
