Great locking seal
I bought this for storing coffee in my freezer. I've been extremely disappointed with most of the sealing canisters I've purchased in the past. All of their seals are very poor if you're looking for a glass canister (a must for coffee since it prevents it from picking up odors that plastic can let through). This Kinetic Glasslock storage container is wonderful. It's seal is rock solid. Yes, it does take more force to seal than a tuperware container, but that extra effort is worth it because once sealed, the container can literally be turned upside down and shook without leakage. If you're looking for a very high quality glass storage canister, look no further.A note to those having trouble sealing the canister:You have to make sure the lid is pressed down fully before engaging the clamps on the sides. If it's not lined up properly, you have to fight with the clamps to get them sealed properly. Align the lid, then do the clamps on opposite edges (doesn't matter which sides first), then do the other pair. This makes sealing the canister quite easy.

Kinetic Glasslock 64 Ounce Rectangular Glass Food Container
I bought a variety of these containers (24 oz-round, 30 oz-square, 37 oz, and 64 oz-rectangular) and love them all.I use 24-oz round glass container to store the remaining part of my morning porridge (oatmeal, cream of wheat, etc.), then I microwave it straight from the refrigerator (without the lid, since it is plastic and is not microwaveable) and have my second day morning breakfast ready in one minute (The first one takes 10-15 minutes to cook, since I don't use quick oats and buy organic rolled oats from nutsonline; you might like to take a look at that site, since it has lots of great items.) If I cook an additional meal, the remainders go into a 30 oz square container. The lid closes tightly with a snap. My mother has very weak hands/fingers, so I was not sure if she could open the lid on her own (I bought a few containers for her too awhile ago), and even though it was not very easy for her, but she managed, up until recently-her arthritis got worse, and now my father has to open the containers for her (she doesn't have trouble closing them though.) So, if you have similar problems and live alone, you might want to look elsewhere. The containers are stackable and very convenient, healthful too, since food is preserved best if kept in a glass container. Now I don't have to use up all the space in the refrigerator with the pots in which the food was prepared, and I can reuse the pots again right away. The largest container (64 oz) can be used to store pot roast or large amount of side dishes. My daughter and I both like buckwheat, so I cook 2 glasses of buckwheat at a time, eat one portion, and the remaining meal fits the 64 container perfectly.Instructions advise to wash the containers before use and to store them without the lid.

Air-tight, handy, durable. The only ones I use now.
I love these. Other reviewers have had trouble with the lids warping, but I have not had any trouble. I use these all the time. They are all smaller than expected, but this one holds just about anything. They are air-tight, and very durable. They are not like Tupperware that can retain odors forever or have toxic BPA. You can't have enough of these.

Love this product!
I've bought a number of similar products from this manufacturer and was looking for a larger container. I threw away all of my old plastic containers and went glass, and seeing that this product is BPA-free is what made me buy it. It's a great size, but I do wish they'd make larger containers for those bigger meals I make.

Well made glass container.
This is far better made than any Tupperware or other similar containers. It is made of thick glass and withstand some heat. Also, no dangers from plastics contaminating food. A nice surprise is that this is not made in China. It is made in South Korea. Recommended.
