Sundance Potassium Gluconate Mg 100 Count

I get absolutely excruciating Charlie horses in my calves. While looking into this problem I found out that I might need more potassium in my diet so I've been using Sundance Potassium for about a year now and I almost never get these severe Charlie horses. Flavorless when swallowed right away. The pills aren't too big. It's an asset to my diet and helpful in keeping my blood pressure in check.

I take this potassium for foot cramps, and it works very well. I need the high dose offered, and the price was good.

So far so good. Does it's job.
