If you don't want an upset tummy, stay away. The package was sealed properly and the item wasn't expired, but eating it gave me bloating and belches that smells like sulphur. I tested this by trying again on another day. It nownin the dustbin where it belongs to.

There is no reason to have on 100g of product 16.5g of added sugar, and only 41g of protein.Of course, it is tasty. it's a ball of sugar.Similar beef jerky snacks have around 70g of protein and less than 1g of sugar.So it's not high protein and is not a healthy snack at all.Unfortunately, I discovered too late, but I switched to a more natural and healthy brand.
